Beautiful beachfront home
The J Beach house is amazing! The house is stocked with everything you could need… the beds are comfortable… and the views are outstanding! It’s located right on a quiet beach and is perfect for a group of friends to get away and enjoy Mexico. We had a fantastic time and working with Gail was extremely easy. We will definitely be wanting to stay here again!

It is amazing, the kitchen is fully stocked, the tv and internet worked the entire week.
What a beautiful home with an amazing view of the beach from the large patio. After 7 days no one wants to leave. We are definitely making J Beach House the family vacation destination. Gail you have made this house feel like a home, all everyone was saying was “best vacation ever” and the cutest was when the kids stated “we never want to leave”. Thank you so much!!
A Perfect Getaway
Our second stay at J Beachhouse was perfect. We visited during the week and avoided all the weekend crowds. The house is perfect for one or two couples. Las Conchas area is quiet, secure and serene. If you want to get away and totally unwind, this is the place. We love it and will be back again.
All You Need!
This is by far the best place we have ever stayed at in Rocky Point! All you need is right here… from a fully stocked home to the perfect patio and beach! The hammock and shower are wonderful additions. You will find you love it and need it!! We had a blast and never felt so comfortable as we did when we walked in… Such a beautiful surprise. Will definitely be coming back! The Jarres family knows how to take care of you. All you need is right here. Thank you so much!!

My 95 year-old, active mother, our 2 small dogs and I recently stayed at the J house. WHAT a WONDERFUL surprise to find such a nice home to spend 4 nights in. We each had our own extremely comfortable bed with nice linens and amazing ocean views. I had the BEST night’s sleep I have had in as long as I can remember. One day it was a bit rainy/cloudy, so we enjoyed the house and beds to nap and read- just what we needed! The sea-wall was completed making it possible for mom to walk down the steps and sandy path to the beach with just a little help. The beach is beautiful, just a few smaller rocks at low tide, easy to get around, but at normal tide, soft sand entry to the water. We walked forever along the beach, birdwatching and enjoying tide pools. There is a little shower at the base of the patio and 2 hoses, one in the delightful courtyard at the front and the other on the patio to rinse sandy dogs or kids. I could go on and on about the quality and amenities of this home and it is now our favorite in RP. The ONLY issue for us was that the beautifully tiled and glass block showers were both without safety grab bars and were a long 14″ step down in making it impossible for my mother to shower (she did hospital bathing without complaint tho!). I am hoping that the attentive, gracious owner will install permanent safety grab bars and provide either a step halfway into stall or a small step-stool to make it accessible to less than able-bodied persons. LOVED our stay!!!! THANK YOU GAIL!!
