Had an amazing trip for my birthday! Water/weather were great and the house was gorgeous!

We had a wonderful, quiet vacation at J Beach House. The house is nicely updated and well appointed with everything you need. Gail was very responsive to our questions and everything worked out perfectly. We will definitely visit Puerto Peñasco again!

We just had a wonderful stay at Gail's beautiful J Beach House. It was a perfect setting for our family of five plus our doggie for four days in Rocky Point. Everything is so warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated. Tons of extra bedding, blankets, linens, pillows... everything we needed to feel right at home. Gail was super-responsive through texts before our trip and during our whole visit- whether to answer questions about the A/C or where to find the extra toilet paper! 🙂 She was super accommodating and made us feel very welcome. This house has to be the best-kept secret in Las Conchas. I am almost afraid to write this review and spread the word about this place because it's such a hidden gem... and we want to come back!! We will definitely be back and book this home again. The hammock in the back yard was my favorite reading spot. Thanks, Gail, for making our trip so easy and memorable.
(Extras: We brought most of our own plates, cups, utensils, etc. but would have been totally fine if we had brought nothing! Her cabinets and cupboards are so well-stocked. She has magazines, books and a cupboard full of games. And an awesome Direct TV system! Our boys loved having Netflix and all the movie channels at night.)

J Beach House is OVER THE TOP amazing!!! We rented the house this February for our niece's wedding which was held at a house down the road. The sunrise every morning was just incredible and experiencing that amazing tide go in an out was a joy. So, So, peaceful. EVERYTHING you need is in the house. The bathrooms are BEAUTIFUL, the beds super comfortable, and the kitchen??? Tons of dishes, cooking utensils, cookware. Gail is a SUPER HOST, that is for sure!!!

We have stayed at the J Beach House a few times and it's always a pleasure. The house is clean and kitchen fully stocked. There is plenty of seating for lounging, eating, and games. The views and beach can't be beat. We love that its dog friendly and the owners are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Home was everything promised and more! Beautiful home that immediately felt very homey, fully stocked kitchen, wonderfully decorated, and beds could not be heavenlier!!!! Gail was a true pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend this rental directly on the beach. We will be requesting a stay again!

Our visit to JBeachHouse could not have been more relaxing. The amenities and proximity to the beach just a few steps away were beyond our expectations. We highly recommend JbeachHouse for an extraordinary get-away any time.
