$250 Per Night with a 3 night minimum.
$1,550 For 1 Week Rental (7 Nights)

A Deposit of $300.00 is Required to confirm reservations. Deposit MUST be Received within 5 days prior to reservation, otherwise reservations will be cancelled (due to limited availability). Your Deposit will be returned after the house has been checked out, However, If you cancel your reservation after deposit has been made you will lose it.

The J House has 3 fireplaces (Absolutely No Wood Burning nor DuraFlame Logs at all!!!).

Also has central air conditioning & Heating.

The J House is designed to accommodate 4-6 people, with a maximum occupancy of 6

NO Pets Period unless discussed with property owner! Additional Fees apply.
