Check-in time is 3:00 PM unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM,unless otherwise arranged.
Is there phone service at the house?
Yes, there is a land line and you should have no trouble with cell-hone service.
Are ATV's and Jetski's allowed?
The Las Conchas Homeowners Association strictly forbids both ATC’s and Jetskis to be brought in by guests.
Are fireworks allowed?
ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS! THERE IS A $200.00 FINE. THE ORDINANCE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Is Rocky Point safe?
Rocky Point is vey safe. You may encounter checkpoints after crossing the border. Do not be alarmed as they are there to ensure your safety. Las Conchas itself is patrolled and is a very safe environment.
What do you recommend we bring for our stay?
Things we suggest you bring with include: Sun Block, condiments, coffee, bug spray, beach towels and chairs. Include personal items such soap, shampoo, charcoal, paper towels, etc. We supply linens, bedding, and toilet paper.
Do you provide access to the Internet?
Yes. Instructions and the password is provided in your Welcome Package once you book the property.
